Virtual Information Desk

Our expert team of health information specialists provide advice and services ranging from getting started with information resources through to expert search and retrieval, information and digital literacy skills development, research data management, open access publishing.  We are happy to answer any questions you might have in relation to our online and onsite services. 

In addition to our LibChat and email query services, there are lots of helpful guides and information about library services available on the library websiteLibGuides and the Library on Moodle (RCSI Staff & Students only).

We are available 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday to answer your library related queries. In-depth queries such as research support, expert searching, collection queries will be referred on to specialists within the team

Library On Moodle Page

The Library on Moodle page can be accessed using the drop down Library Tab at the top of the Moodle Homepage RCSI network credentials are required. 

The Library on Moodle page is aimed at RCSI students and staff seeking to develop their skills in literature searching, information management and research. It includes quizzes, resources details on Library Bitesize support sessions and links to more popular LibGuides.
