Creating a new EndNote Library
- Find EndNote X9 within Applications
- Open the EndNote App. A new library is automatically created in the documents folder. This is called "My EndNote Library". It has a .enl file and a .Data folder. These must be kept together.
Working with Referencing Styles
- The referencing style is displayed in the bottom right-hand corner (default is Annotated). Click on the drop-down list and select your required style. This enables you to preview your reference in your required style.
