This guide provides tips and support in accessing RCSI Library collections both on and off campus. You will find steps to take and instructions to follow to troubleshoot access issues and/or report a technical issue.
Reporting problems with accessing eBooks, electronic journals or databases is extremely important to us and helps us to spot issues as soon as possible.
RCSI Library is a member of the IReL Consortium, which allows us to access a large number of electronic resources. If an issue is reported to us this information also benefits all members of the consortium.
